  I am very disappointed in the office at Smith Mountain. I called today to inquire about having my grandfathers flag donated and displayed for memorial day. The woman was rude, short, and explained she had another family there. Fine, I get that, but let my phone call go to voicemail or take my number and call me back at your convenience. My grandfather served this country both in the Korean war AND as a VFW chaplain for SMITH MOUNTAIN CEMETERY!! I feel incredible disrespect after all his years of dedication. Shame on you SMITH MOUNTAIN CEMETERY!!!

  It's an absolutely beautiful cemetery...but the head director lady that works there is a COLD HEARTED WITCH!! She has no heart or compassion...she is mean!! Doesn't care that your heartbroken that you've lost a loved one...she is rude...
